My son who lives in Lyon booked the restaurant 2 months ahead. The choice is simply the longer or shorter menu of the month and 3, 4 or 6 glasses of wine. The amuse-bouches 'bouillabaise' was the most taste I've experienced in a tiny mouthful. The deep fired fois gras with kiwi was also memorable. The deserts looked stunning if a little sweet....the pina colada fruit topped with coconut mousse and 'cooked' with dry ice in front of you, was an experience. The wine choices were excellent, however the measures very small and not good value.

Loved the simple modern and sophisticated decor, including plant walls. The staff were helpful and not too intrusive.

This is food as theatre and a meal you are unlikely to forget in a hurry if your bank balance can take it at around €100 per person.

Dans un cadre magnifique avec une cuisine exceptionnelle et originale proposée par le chef, chaque mois le menu change et on est toujours agréablement surpris par la variété des assiettes, tout ça bien assorti avec de bon vin... Un adresse exceptionnelle et unique a Lyon. Les pains (olives, sésame/wasabi...) sont faits maison par le Chef

Accueil très sympathique, et cuisine merveilleuse: vraiment, la quantité ne sert à rien, car ici, c'est l'explosion des saveurs sur les papilles (ne manquez pas l'amuse-bouche à la bouillabaisse)qui ne cesse de vous rassasier, vous repartirez emballés!
